ASDEF · SERVING THE COMMUNITY
Since 2013, African Social Development Focus has delivered humanitarian, peace, and development programs across Arid and Semi-Arid Lands — reaching over 8 million people in more than 6 counties.
OUR STORY
African Social Development Focus (ASDEF) is a nonprofit organization established in 2013 and officially registered under the NGO Coordination Board. Working primarily in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs), ASDEF confronts food insecurity, limited healthcare access, and climate vulnerability through sustainable, community-driven initiatives — working hand in hand with local leaders, government agencies, and NGOs to address the root causes of poverty, inequality, and conflict.
