Our History

African Social Development Focus (ASDEF) is a nonprofit organization established in 2013 and officially registered under the NGO Coordination Board. Dedicated to Humanitarian, Peace, and Development causes, ASDEF primarily operates in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs) regions, which face challenges such as food insecurity, limited healthcare access, and climate change vulnerability. Since its inception, ASDEF has focused on sustainable, community-driven initiatives to make a positive impact on these communities.
